Are Paid Surveys a Scam – Free Paid Survey Reviews

Just signed up with Ipsos Survey Panel

When I signed up for their website it was just a one or two page form to fill out. They sent me a conformation email saying that I had signed up pretty quickly and invited me to take a paid survey for a chance to win $100. I took it in the interest of reviewing the website. After taking the survey I returned to their homepage and had no idea what to do from there. I could not figure out how to log back in.

After a couple minutes of clicking all around I finally decided to just go back to my email and click the link in their to get back to the website. They don’t really have a members area, but on their website you can just click a button that says take a survey, and then you are given a paid survey. They seem to have a lot of paid surveys on the website since they had several categories of paid surveys to choose from.

So far I have only taken two paid surveys from Ipsos Survey Panel and both of them have been for sweepstakes entries.

On their website they had a section where you can say what kind of paid surveys you are willing to take. They have options of taking phone surveys, text message surveys and even focus groups, in addition to the normal online paid surveys.

Today I signed up with Survey Princess

They are a relatively new paid survey program. Their sign up form took me about 15 minutes to complete. After entering all my information they have about 5 offers of more websites for me to join on that same page. Then I had to go through about 20 pages of saying whether or not I was interested in offers. I skipped most of the offers, ranging in variety from more paid surveys to gift cards and contact lenses. Then they had even more pages with about 20 or so offers on the page and I had to click yes or no to the question whether or not I was interested. If I was not interested in any and I tried to hit submit then I had to go back and click yes to at least one.

Then I came to one of the last pages, it said I had to complete and offer to join another website and then I would be a member of survey princess. I chose one of the websites where I was taken to another survey with a large number of pages with offer after offer for me to join. Finally when I was done, about 20 minutes after starting, I got to the members area that was just a list of paid survey websites. This website does not actually pay you to take surveys they just give you a list of ones that do.
